Our workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, weight lifting, plyometrics, Calisthenics, gymnastics, martial arts, military drills, and other exercise.
Our fitness program is for people of all ages levels and sizes. No matter what your goal is; lose weight, gain muscle, tone, or just get fit, our program will help get you there. We accommodate our program to all levels.
Exercises are posted daily on our board. Below is a list of some of the exercises in our program. 1/4-mile run, 1-mile run, Pushups, Sit ups, Rope climb, Jump ropes, Stair climbs, Box jumps, Punching bags, Army crawls, Body drags, Shrimps, Pull ups, lunges, Donkey Kicks, Kettlebell swings, Deadlift, Weighted squats, Clean and jerk, Hang Clean, Hang snatch,, Shoulder press, Wall balls, Slam balls, And much more!!!! Don't be afraid if the exercises seem impossible for you. We will modify our exercises to your level and gradually get you to a level where you can complete all the exercises like a pro. It will take time and dedication on your side and not giving up and you will reach your goal.
